WTF that is weird.

That is flame cutting of the block.

Too much cylinder pressure led to a head gasket failure. Combustion gets past the head gaskets and melts/vaporizes the aluminum block metal on it's way out.

Pretty similar to a oxy acetylene cutting torch...

Well today I picked up my truck. It runs so good and soooo smooth now. Cost a pretty penny for everything but hoping it goes another 100k atleast. Ha
@GooseTuned has me a base tune on the truck now. Will put a few miles on it, change the oil, put some new spark plugs, and put new 170 T-stat in and will start datalogging. This will the 93 tune and then I can move on to E85!

I hear ya. I had to have mine towed down there. It's about 85 miles from me.
Was worth it.
