Was hoping for better mpg, but really not surprised. I haven't had anything that got better than 20 mpg hwy in a long time. My Taco only gets 11-12 mpg hwy with our RTT mounted (cruising at 65-80 mph).

Keep your expectations low and you'll never be disappointed ;)

My 5-year old Lexus GX460, which is a huge brick, easily gets well over 20 on the highway. Even doing 85-95 it'll get 17, 18 mpg.

But it doesn't have 4.10s and giant KO2s :)

Maybe apples and oranges but my 2011 shelby gets over 22 miles per gallon 1850 rpms at 80 mph. I guess weight, tires and design require higher RPMs to prevent gear hunting, etc.

Ah man what a surprise on the power numbers.

I'm a bit disappointed with the mpg numbers. I really expected (well hoped) the truck would have a highway rating close to 20. Thinking about it I can't really be disappointed though. With the power numbers the truck has plus the tire size I guess those numbers aren't bad.

My current 13' 150 screw 3.5 eco, 4X4 with 6 1/2' bed and oversized 20's averages around 17 1/2. However when I get out on the highway above 70 that number drops. If this Raptor gives me similar numbers I'll be content with that.
