When you switch modes on paved road do you notice a difference is how stiff the suspension is? Ie from normal to sport should be stiffer. That would probably tell you if your shocks are adjusting like they should. Could be normal. I know when I drive on potholed gravel roads it shakes like crazy.

Depending on the surface (hard to know from your picture without driving it) this sounds like it could be normal. I have a 2018 with the dumb shocks. I find them very capable on road and on most off-road surfaces. On pavement or packed dirt with small bumps at high frequency it will do what you're describing, where the wheels are barely making contact with the ground and the truck floats around or suddenly loses traction (your tires are literally in the air at times as they skip off the bumps).

Something could be wrong but it's plausible that you're on just the kind of surface that does this. The Raptor deals better with large bumps or undulations in the road, and not so well with high-frequency small bumps.
I experience similar behavior on hard-packed dirt roads with craters like those in the photo. The craters are often larger in my area due to more rain.

I also experience it on ice heaved New England roads where sometimes you'll get washboarding in the pavement. Pretty sketchy when you're flying down a back road and suddenly the grip disappears.

Yes, it is difference if changing modes. But i was expecting more comfort, even jumping over the street bump, is so hard. Too hard. Worst when my land cruiser. The compression looks too stiff. How can i use this car going to the village. Part of the road is paved, part unpaved. 28 ps on paved road is too low, i feel the car unstable.

It's not the compression, it's the slow rebound that's causes the tires to break traction.

Probably set like that from the factory so you can tow a little. Faster rebound would be great for small bump compliance and washboards but then again you couldn't load the bed or tow.

Had my early build 2019 (nov 2018) suspension reflashed after 40000k and made a noticeable improvement in those small holes and takes the big stuff great. My regular shop did it but is Ford trained and has the tools to do it. Not sure of the build dates affected but look into it and have done if it is. These things do need to be pounded to be appreciated.

Putting the Diamondback HD tonneau cover on has helped my truck immensely with these small repetitive road bumps. Maybe a few sandbags will help temporarily.

I’m certain the suspension reflash boomtruck had performed was SSM 47757. Check it out. It may resolve your concerns.

Good Luck!
Yeah... i have no idea what is that code. I am in Romania and i have to do all by myself. I suspect first step is to buy the obd adapter, download forscan and then ask here in forum what to do next. I am not a computer guy and some difficult days are waiting for me. Will spend my time studying and like that will be protected of coronavirus.
