Horn honk after key leaves the vehicle

Hi guys

is there any way to get rid of the horn twice honking after I start my truck and then walk away from it while it’s running with my key in my pocket

Only with Forscan I think.

If you don't latch the door completely it won't honk. Alternatively you can also lock the keys in it with the truck running and it won't honk either (obviously only do this with trucks that have the keyless entry keypad on the driver's b pillar).

2nd that I hate the double horn honk, actually ******* about it this morning

Ya it wakes my kids up at 6am almost every morning

I used Forscan to disable the horn. I too thought it was annoying early in the am or late at night.
