@SVTFordRaptor I was pretty diligent about the fluid changes, i did 25, 50 and a month after the 75 it croaked... repaired on warranty.
I looked in vain to find a billet converter to swap during my rebuild, but the only thing I found at the time was a 3200 stall. I ended up with stock parts, but complete rebuild front to back.

165K 2012 Black SCREW

I just hit 165K on my 2012 Raptor. I have driven them all except the 1.3 miles when I bought it off the showroom. Mostly highway, but a lot of desert off road when in Utah for 2 years.

K&N Drop-in Air Filter
5-Star 93 Performance Tune
Rigid Dually Driving & Spots
TRS HID Headlight Conversion and LED Bulbs all around

Just put on my 5th set of tires. (4 sets Nitto Trail Grapplers)
Two Fox Rebuilds and due for another (Forged Offroad this time)
Replaced the stock brakes at 85K with EBC 3GD, YellowStuff and Powerstop Performance.
Dealer Performed 100k service Ford Performance Spark Plugs and wires, Radiator flush and Trans Fluid Change (don't do this, but luckily no problems)
Exhaust Replacement due in the Spring

Oil Change 12-15k Mobil 1 and Ford Performance Filter.

Only problems, Mirror Heaters work Intermittently. Rattle on Tranny/Diff Skid Plate where Dealer stripped the bolt.

Not for Sale EVER.
2018 Magnetic SCREW on order, Late Feb 2018 delivery.

Why not replace the tranny fluid?

I’m in same boat. Last month had to put new wheel bearings and axle seals. Now the pinion bearing has gone bad in rear diff so that’s coming apart next week for a rebuild. While I am changing fluid in both diffs, transfer case, and trans. Also flushing radiator, brake, and power steering fluid. Changing spark plugs and changing belt and tensioner as well. Should be a new truck for another 100k. Already did shock rebuilt at 90k.

I'm guessing 300k is very doable. The engine just loafs around in the low RPMs, so I'm guessing the body and frame will fall apart long before the engine says goodbye.

Just the opposite of the current Raptors. The aluminum body will be in great shape, while the engine while be a steaming pile of junk with clattering chains and oil leaks.

I keep mine as dry as possible and out of the salt. It's not a daily driver anymore. I don't want the rust to eat it like my last truck.

I am at 126K right now. I commute from Riverside to Vegas almost every weekend (military). I like to do my oil changes every 5K miles or so. Still on the original suspension. I need to re-lube my fox shocks. Other than that the regular maintenance throughout have been performed.

Still going strong.
