High idle on startup longer than normal

Uninstall it. See if that works.

Any news on this? I have a 23 and the wife has a 24 raptor. Hers always starts with a high idle on cold starts. It’s obnoxious at almost 2k RPM’s. Sounds like someone had their foot on the gas. Mine is always about 1500. Took it to the dealer and they said it was “normal” How can that be? If hers is normal, that means mine is not. These people love to gaslight you when they are clueless.

I had mine at the dealership about a week ago they told me I had to bring it back because they would need my truck for a whole day in order to figure it out

Yes, they did the newest updated program to the ecu and everything has been fine.

Idk if the ecoboost has this option but the R has a quiet start setting in vehicle settings. Might be worth looking into so that valves start fully closed.
