High beam tap

1st I should probably apologize for posting here since I didn't get the raptor I wanted but got a lowly 2020 platinum. Lots more lighting threads here so I thought I ask here.

I just got this kit:
BD dual light bar kit



Question, is it safe to tap into the high beam wire to trigger the relay instead of using the switch?

Also have Diode Dynamic SS3 SAE max fogs to replace the factory fog lights.

Did see this link at the bottom of this thread in the 'Similar threads' section? I haven't read it, as I have no need for something to be activated with the high beams, but just thought I'd try to help...
