They took $3000 off of MSRP for me but I'm not in Canada...

The mark up is way higher here in Canada so if you can find a dealership that really wants to move one, they have lots of room to come down.
On used Raptors dealers ask a lot and don't budge much on price.

You are correct... Randy can not sell Raptors through his dealership for export to Canada.
