OT: I just had a TPMS sensor go out at 2 yes old and 59k mi. Dealer quoted me $135 for an OEM one, so I took it to a Off-road shop where they did it for $60 I think the brand was Bogart or something like that.

If it needs programmed, a shop will probably have to do it. The tool needed is more expensive than an average user will want to pay for limited use. The item you showed is really just to get the truck to recognize the sensor, it doesn't actually program anything.
