Help with paddle shifter

I have a 2018 and I need some help with replacing my paddle shifter paddles with carbon ones, I took them apart and found this. It’s some sort of pin, I need to know what it is called and how do I remove it so I can put the new paddles on. Any help would help out, thank you.

Looks like a split pin. You gotta knock/press it out with a punch. I would use an arbor press or rednek it out with a drill press

Looks like a roll pin. Roll pin punches are your friend with these.
