Both heated front seats not working on my 2019 Raptor, the indicator lights work as do the heated rear seats.

Checked the fuse and It's good.

Any next steps to check before I take to the dealer (I'd really like to avoid this if it is something simple).

Thanks all

The heating elements have shorted out and need to be replaced... super common issue. Usually it's only the driver side due to more wear.

back again, before I tear my seats apart why would both of the seats break at almost the same time? Seems odd. Saw another you tube vid saying I should unplug everything and plug it back in, simple enough I'll do that tomorrow.

anything else come to mind?

There is just one 15 fuse for both seats that I've found and replaced, are there any others?

Had both mine fail within 15K, replaced under warranty/ESP. Now at98K the drivers is gone again. Thanks to ESP it’s being fixed tomorrow. Seems to be a Raptor problem as I’ve had 2 escapes and an edge all go 120+ with no problems. Ford needs to address this in a top of the line truck!
