HELP! What forms or info should I get from Dealer upon ordering??

I haven’t had to ”order” a vehicle in about 10yrs+ from Ford, since I’ve been with other brands & just now coming back to Ford.

I finally scored an MSRP order allocation from a dealer an hour away (not bad, local enough) & getting ready to send him my $1K deposit.

I need to know what forms, paperwork, and info that I should get from them to secure the deal, including notating MSRP sale price when it’s delivered (plus any order tracking info).

Ask for a DORA

Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement

"A verification sent to dealers acknowledging each order placed with Ford."

You can ask your dealership for it ... provided they've received it from the factory.

I received a printout from FMC Dealer, Says "has been added to the order bank".
I believe that is just the dealer punching the order in and not "acceptance" from Ford.
Someone with more experience with the ordering process would know for sure though.

Make sure the dealer includes your priority number. Pretty much standard procedure

Thanks guys…I submitted my info for Deposit of $1K this morning…they were busy & short-staffed today, so he’ll finish it up on Monday.

Meanwhile, this is what he has sent me so far…Priority 20…



…they were already building one (for stock) identical to my build spec’s, so got lucky…just a matter of getting my name assigned to it, to be reserved.

Only change I need to make later this week, is to add the Smartscales/SmartHitch pkg to it…if it becomes available for the Raptor.

Not sure what paperwork he will send me Monday, wait & see…I guess.

Hoping the paperwork gets finalized w/o issue on Monday, so I can kickback & relax until Fall. Then I can just focus on planning my aftermarket mods for 2022.

10-19 is customer order the lower the number the higher the priority.
I want to say there is a separate section for fleet and then stock units.
