Help ID this connector and cut/sealed leads

Working on a few wiring projects, one being SDHQ battery terminals to support a SwitchPros RCR-12 and other things. I had to reroute my negative battery cable and now the wire for this connector is two short. It's taped into the negative battery cable loom and go into the main harness. I am trying to find the Ford pigtail wiring kit that matches. Not sure what it does but the truck won't start without it. Looks like a WPT-1273 or a WPT-1343. Found these but don't want to order from China.

I also found these cut/sealed wire ends on the drivers side in the loom near the upfitter relay box. Can anyone tell me what they connect to? I suspect for some sort of sensor, they are very small gauge wires.
