Was it stainless? Seems like a really good price!

Yes, I have a complete SS line. The guy who did the exhaust actually knew about the drone issue, so he was very fair on pricing...That said it took only 1-2hrs to do the job so it shouldn't be expensive anyway

Is the overall length, including the bend 26" or slightly more due to the bend? Where did you take your measurement points at?

For mine the 26" is along the radius from the center of the pipe where it is welded to the main exhaust to the end cap of the resonator. Measured along the inner radius would be about 1" shorter while measured along the outer radius would be about 1" longer. I had mine welded in 32" long with the end cap taped on then drove it s few minutes. Then I took off an inch at a time until the resonance disappeared then welded the end cap up.

I used the formula one of the guys sent me. However, I've been in communication with Keith from Dirty Deeds, and he's going to set me up with 2" pipe at 26" each. I'll likely be sending him my muffler section in the next week to get it taken care of. I'll keep you posted @Yukon Joe as we have the same setup.

So, where you at with this?

I'm worried about if it DOESN'T fix it... so I'm thinking about going with the SW y-pipe and the CORSA Sport to eliminate it once and for all...
You could try black widow exhaust mufflers in place of what you have now. They claim no drone but loud still.
I don't have these yet, but of the resonator doesn't cut the drone of my magnaflows, this is the new route

I think the biggest issue is the 1 7/8" headers. But a few with my setup have gone the y-pipe and corsa sport route and are very satisfied.

Edit... **** it, in communication with my local exhaust shop to have him attempt it, what the hell.

Dropping it off tomorrow AM... will know if it's all gone later in the day. He's guessing roughly about $125 for time/material.
