All of our systems have had Helmholtz resonator technology built into em since 2010, for a street vehicle it's really the only way to go:)

The key is finding the length, placement, diameter that works best.

For the Raptor I built 20-30 different designs and tested before officially introducing to the general public.

Jason,

I got your PM as well, but wanted to respond here. I feel if you're able to figure this out and offer this for your setups, not just limited to the Raptor, but across the board (where fitment allows). I think you'd have HUGE success by incorporating this and resolving the drone issue and likely get business out of it as your "drone free" systems hit the market.

Thanks for the feedback Jimbo.

Do you guys feel this is an issue with all of our full systems including headers or just the systems with the S-Tube mufflers. Or just the "Lightning" exit systems?

I had 1 7/8"s headers, high flow cats, and the "true dual" s-tubes.

I think this should be part if the headers as well.

I have the headers, xpipe, and catless, tried magnapacks and black widow mufflers and drone is still there. Doing the hemholtz to get rid of it completely.

I have the Long tube headers, cat delete, X-pipe resonator, lighting exit on my '14 screw with the same drone problem. In my opinion if these Helmholtz resonators solve the drone problem, they should be standard with this system. On long trips I have to wear earplugs or it feels like have been in a bobcat for 5 hours.
