I just read your auto-start post - this is not the place to reply to that however I'd recommend not disengaging it without Ford's help. The keys for the truck are programmable, and an auto start device changes that - if your installer can't help then Ford will have to remove it and reset the keys again.

Do I have to go back to the original ford dealership or any ford dealership will do? The place we bought it from is on our black list of places to never go back to again? I'm just worried about draining the battery while me and my daughter are out somewhere.
