Hefty Fab Works Skid Plates

skids go on tomorrow...

Got a full set of hefty fab skids...they arrived this week, got cleared yesterday and are getting installed tomorrow.

I'm impressed with the quality, at least 1/4 thick, great hardware and direct bolt up layout. They are beefy. quality is awesome.

I'll post install pics later this weekend.

I installed just the steel tranny skid on mine before Raptoberfest. Had a flat and the guy with me put the jack under the skid and jacked it up. I thought he put it on the frame and when I saw it, I about shit. It was too late, truck up so just changed the tire. Damn steel skid is stout, barely noticeable if at all that it slightly bent. I was impressed.

Good lessons learned, but also good to know it can handle the truck weight. Lol...
