Wow that's pretty bad. I noticed the valvetrain noise a lot more but u got is def a leak. I think its at the header flange and block. My last truck starting leaking at that spot and it was almost that loud. I say pull the headers away from the block and clean all the rtv off then use OEM gaskets with a little rtv on both sides and reinstall. I bet the gas smell is from having the leak at the flange. The front o2's are probably seeing less exhaust than they should and are trying to add fuel to compensate. U may be running very rich due to this, hence the gas smell

That's just my theory for now

Yea. I ordered some locking header bolts and additional rtv to add to the headers along with the oem gaskets. Not to mention a flexible dipstick tube so I can get that plug out...had a hard time getting the old one in and bent it to hell.

Hopefully I'll get everything by weeks end to get started. Surprised I'm not getting a leak on the drivers side. I haven't thrown any codes which I'm still pretty surprised about.

Yea just the canned tune. The smell was there prior though. Seems to be getting more noticeable. Or maybe it's just my perception.

Prior to the tune but after the header install. When I was fully stock I was untuned and there was no smell at all.
