IMO the question asked should be more specific.
First let me state: I would guess there is very little difference between the three.

When "better" is asked, what is the meaning that supports your "better" assessment.
  • Ease of installation
  • Customer service
  • Quality of fit (less likely to leak at face of gasket)
  • Quality of materials (reliability)
  • Best performance on stock motor
  • Best performance on moderately modded motor, i.e., heads, cam, intake, nitrous
  • Best performance on larger displacement motor (plus the above upgrades)
  • Best performance on supercharged (or turbocharged ) motor (plus most of he above upgrades)

Granted there aren’t many Raptor owners who have pushed the limits of the 6.2L motor, so many of the questions will have very few if any examples to compare.

Also, “best performance” could mean peak torque or peak horsepower. It could mean largest area under the torque curve (or horsepower curve).

I believe most everyone would agree that the best designed header for a stock 6.2L would not be the best design for a supercharged 6.6L motor with big cam, larger valves, ported and polished heads, etc.

It is my opinion that all three are quality parts and I would have no issues with any of the three. I would go with who gives you the best deal.

Stainless works just came out with a under the bumper tail pipe setup. And a in front of the right rear tire setup. I have the full setup with the headers. Just ordered the tail pipes to change to under the bumper set up

SW is awesome! The welds for the brackets for the exhaust were very poor though and I had the guy that installed them re-weld all of them. I have the headers and the s-tube muffers just like you're getting because I love the loudness as well. My dad has the same but has the chambered mufflers. He loves his because hes older and its more quiet. With the S-tube it will scream :) No regrets so far!

If you're looking between the 3 of these brands. You won't regret stainless works, Sounds mean, Great customer service, and Paul is an awesome guy that is very helpful!
