IMO the question asked should be more specific.
First let me state: I would guess there is very little difference between the three.
When "better" is asked, what is the meaning that supports your "better" assessment.
Granted there aren’t many Raptor owners who have pushed the limits of the 6.2L motor, so many of the questions will have very few if any examples to compare.
Also, “best performance” could mean peak torque or peak horsepower. It could mean largest area under the torque curve (or horsepower curve).
I believe most everyone would agree that the best designed header for a stock 6.2L would not be the best design for a supercharged 6.6L motor with big cam, larger valves, ported and polished heads, etc.

- Ease of installation
- Customer service
- Quality of fit (less likely to leak at face of gasket)
- Quality of materials (reliability)
- Best performance on stock motor
- Best performance on moderately modded motor, i.e., heads, cam, intake, nitrous
- Best performance on larger displacement motor (plus the above upgrades)
- Best performance on supercharged (or turbocharged ) motor (plus most of he above upgrades)
