Have a VIN and Scheduled July 19th!!

When I ordered my guy had to get my email address to enter in with the order as I guess Ford has started doing this with all the new customer ordered vehicles like they are doing with reservation vehicles such as bronco and lightning. Guessing they will make it the same across their entire line up for customer orders to send out email updates with the orders. Just curious if anyone has had any contact from Ford this way or if they have just had to go old fashioned and deal with sales guy or calling FP to get info on orders.

I haven't heard this from my dealer - just relying on him and FP. My dealer is an old timer though, so he's probably not on the cutting edge of things.

So I've only gotten emails from reservations I've done online

I spoke with FP today...well chatted with them and Tom informed me that my truck is scheduled for Aug 1st and had a VIN. I reached out to my dealer and they sent me over the VIN....I was honestly thinking late this year at the earliest for these to be produced as I am not in a rush but I wanted to get the order in to make sure I was able to get an allocation for 1.

I never received any type of email or updates from Ford directly. Same as when I purchased the Shelby.

He probably means 8/2 build week.

Tom at FP couldnt give me the VIN for obvious reasons but all he said was 8/1 build day...which I thought was odd myself. I am assuming the start of Aug. I didnt reach out until today to obtain the info but with the order confirmed and the VIN # its in the system so if it happens in Aug great or later...either way its being built.

Order was placed 6/19.

I know it says Bronco tracker but I typed in my VIN and sales order and my Raptor popped up
