So for those of us that don't speak Ford, what does this mean? If we're unscheduled, we will remain unscheduled?

That note is for the expedition inflatable seat belts, not F150

It means they are scheduling f150s this week and there is a chance a raptor order may get scheduled

It basically means, orders received and not scheduled are "unscheduled". If an order is received in the past, and commodities are available to produce the vehicle, then it is "scheduled" for production, VIN is assigned and estimated production date is set.

Gotcha! So "material" actually means "materials," not some abstract descriptor.

I call fridays because it happens thursdays. If you call 9am thursday, and they schedule at 2pm thursday, youd miss the news. Friday calls seem much more efficient
