Yeah, "JUST" wrap it if you want to protect the paint.

As if spending 3 grand or whatever a good wrap costs is the highest thing on the life spending list (or #1 on the Raptor mod list).

I think I'll "JUST" win Powerball while I'm "just" doing it :party33:

You know me Dan...I didn't pay 3G's ;)

I would much rather pay for a wrap than buy some magnets that won't cover the front fenders and hood. You tried it and won't do it again. Not saying you should get a wrap but for the OCD guys that can't stand a little evidence of some make out sessions with bushes they might want to look into the wrap option.

Aarons try some Adam's swirl and haze remover. I have armorcoat on the front of my truck it's clear you can't tell it's there unless you're close. Got a chip from a 90 mph rock and it was covered under armorcoat. I also put it on my door sills not a scratch yet.

Guys, it's STAYS PUT if you put it on over a clean truck and tape the leading edges (I taped almost all the edges) to ensure it stays on on the freeway.

You don't have to like it or even understand it but this much you need to understand: IT WORKS at protecting the paint.

Simple answer for you: You don't own a $50,000+ (brand new) Raptor.

Raptors are almost always driven way more on the street than off road.

My Raptor is far from a Street Queen but I drive it daily and its condition is a reflection of me and how I take care of (a $50,000+ purchase) it.

I go off road and it get driven hard but I still would like it to LOOK like a Street Queen. :mfr_omg:

It wouldn't hurt for folks like you to walk a mile in another man's shoes before expressing opinions based on a self-admitted inability to understand. :Stupid Me:

Thing is, your $50,000 truck has the same quality paint job as my $10,000 truck.

And how can you tell me how I would treat a $50,000 truck? You don't know me. If I owned a raptor, it would be abused more than my ranger. It would probably have way more dents and dings and scratches.

I'm not **** about paint. And I'm not going to cover up a beautiful truck with ugly ass magnets. If you do, good for you. Go right ahead I really don't give a shit.

I was simy stating my opinion on the subject. Is that not what forums are for? You need to chill out and realize people wont always agree with you. Doesn't mean you can go around telling me I don't know what I'm talking about simply because I don't have a raptor.

IF you owned a Raptor your opinions about Raptor ownership would...have some value. Otherwise you're just a wannabe who's here because, well, I don't know why you're here. Maybe the Ranger forums got tired of your posts?

You said you don't understand why Raptor owners are concerned about their paint. So I took the time to explain it to you. I didn't **** in your Cheerios.

I didn't tell you you don't know what you're talking about. You said that.

You don't own a Raptor and I don't own a Ranger. But I'm here on the Raptor forums and...

so are you :badidea:

You did tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. And you did so again.

Not in those exact words. But you keep telling me my opinions would change. Which in turn is telling me I don't know what I talking about, as I have stated my opinions in paint protection would not change.

See how that works? Or are you to stupid to realize that?

I could own a 500,000 dollar truck and still would not protect my paint with ugly ass magnets.

Don't see trophy trucks in Baja throwing magnets in their rigs to protect their appearance do you?

You need to grow up. I drive a ranger, and I'm here. And I'm not ******* leaving. Deal with it. If you can't, go to the Z.
