GEN 2 Had to say goodbye to friend today.

This little guy was my bestfriend for the last 15 1/2 years, his name was Gino, we went through a few tough times together. his health got the best of him and I made a decision to take all the pain away, always in my heart little buddy, 12/29/05-6/14/21.

Feel for you. Sorry for your loss. Anytime we lose one of our furry friends, it's like your heart getting ripped out. You'll never forget him. I've always found comfort in trying to get a new furry friend as soon as I could. It doesn't make you forget, but it does ease the pain.

Man, very sorry to hear that, but we can tell from your post that you gave Gino the best and provide a solid, loving home. It’s always sad to say goodbye to a long time friend but keep it in the front of your mind that you did right by him, and he remembered the good times too.

Sorry. We lost our good girl in January, same decision. She was a rottie mix and was a couple weeks shy of 14. Heartbreaking every time.
