So are you setting up some sort of escrow account? I mean, 12k is a lot of money for someone to fork over for something they can't inspect and put their hands on first.

You'd be better off shipping it back to a local shop or H&M and having them sell it for you. Not sure they'd be willing to do that but I'd definitely try. Although, I'm not sure a shop wants to take on that headache.
