I hate you.

I LOVE Okinawa! I lived there for two years and have the huge ferris-wheel in Mihama tattoo'ed on my left calf. Tell me baout Oki, how has it changed?!

I was there form 2004 - 2006 and never wished to leave. I was out at White Beach with COMEXSTRKGRU1. Got deployed out to the Gulf in August of 2004.

While you're there, make sure to go to "Caboo", an excellent Mexican restaurant in Mihama under the ferris-wheel and then just across the parking lot from the Jusco @ the mall near Mihama, there is a place called, "Mr. Smoke". Still the BEST smoked sausage, meat, ham and anything else that I've ever had in my life. So many other places, so little time.
