Wow I paid $800 ish for blue color matched in the bed and black in the wheel wells with UV protection. $900 more for the rockers sounds like A LOT. I'm in AZ if that matters.

To the poster who said people with $60K truck worrying about $500 doesn't understand how people accumulate their own wealth. I guess if you are a trust fund baby then you don't understand the value of money. I made my own pile and $500 is $500. On top of that this sounds like a rich guy tax by the shop. Lesson, get the quote in writing I guess.

$900 for rockers in a color match doesn't seem that bad.

It's not totally outrageous I paid around 400-500 for my bed in black when I got the truck and just paid 1200 to the same shop to shoot my flares, rockers and rear wheel wells in Sterling gray line-x

Rear wells in black. The rockers were just under the doors color match. It wasn't super crazy price but I was just kinda shocked

^Yeah to the above, and to the people who agree similarly. $750 for my XS-350 Bed w/ UV Stable. and quoted $850 for the rockers + REAR wheel wells.

I don't think you got ripped off. $55 an hour to pull stuff is about right. I mean if you're like me and honest to God do not have the time or scheduling to pull the side rails and rear bumper yourself then I think you got a fair price. What a local franchise I am looking at now in another state is telling me, he wants $1100 for the Rockers and Wheel Wells alone b/c he has to pull the rails + bumper for me because I only have Sat/Sun off and no real down time during those days too.

So truthfully $1700 for all that you got PLUS Color Match + UV Stable actually ****** me off. Excuse me but I can't stand some people complaining about better deals than what I could get. Imagine what Canadians think about our Whining of paying $52K+ TTL when they get $62K+ TTL b/c of a $10K :flipthebird: adjustment.

I removed everything my self. The only part of the rocker they sprayed was the four inch section right below the doors. The quote just wasn't very clear. He said "400 for the bed plus we do the rockers we're at 600 and 2xx for the wheel wells" I was thinking 200 for the rockers plus the 400 for the bed was 600 not 600 for the rockers alone. I was quoted the additional charge for the color at 400 so I was expecting a 1200 bill. They did a great job I'm not saying it wasn't worth it.

Also got to clean and look at the truck today. Nick in the passenger door through e coat to bare metal, gouge in passenger rear flare. Scratch in tailgate as well as overspray all over the back windows and rear of the truck. ******** I hate careless ass people
