Made it back to Austin. I did 1100 miles on Saturday, and it wasn't bad. I was dead tired at the end, but the truck did great. It was a great ride and I was comfortable for the 18 hour push. It was cold for most of the trip, but I didn't hit much in the way of bad weather, so it was pretty easy.

Next week, I'm driving it to Colorado. So, maybe it'll get more exciting then.

Anyone have a good tint/line-x recommendation in the Austin area?

Well that's not what I expected. How fast were you running? The previous ecoboosts fuel mileage were affected heavily by speed. I'd imagine the larger size of the Raptor and the bigger tires would amplify that affect.

I ran about 75-80 on average the whole way. Used cruise control too for a good chunk of it.
