I had to uninstall my accessport this morning to take my truck in for routine maintenance. Man, what a bummer it was back to driving stock. Everything felt slow and sluggish. Credit to Goosetuned and Cobb on an excellent product. Plan on installing the tune right away when they hand me the keys back!

Seems easy to remove the tune prior to service, but can Ford determine that the ECU has been unlocked? For warranty concerns?

They have no reason to browse ECU data for an unlock.

A typical scanner wont pick anything up. Maybe if they were to pull your ECU and send it out to Ford engineers. But for an oil change, I doubt they will do that. They really only look deep into things if they suspect something, or damage was done.

Very easy to uninstall/install your tune. I actually reflashed my Goostuned tune right in the parking lot after service! Once you drive it goosetuned, you’ll never want to drive stock again.

Howa bouta nother HUGE endorsement for Winfield (Goose)?!?!?! We finished my tune up this week and I could not be happier! Seriously feels like a different truck. It pulls hard everywhere but the bottom and mid-range are a significant improvement.

In addition, I can't imagine anyone getting files back to you quicker. I mentioned it before in a previous post, but I know he waited significantly longer for me to get him datafiles than I waited for a new tune for every iteration. I will be working with him again in the spring when I am ready for a new E50 tune!!!

The only thing i need now is a GooseTuned sticker.
