If you have a gas station with E 85 with consistent quality close to you it’s no hassle at all. I had almost 40,000 miles on my GooseTune E 50 tune with zero issues other than pissing off other trucks because they couldn’t keep up.hmmm.... tempted to try E50 just seems like a hassle... the gains seem worth it though!
So with "consistent quality" do you always test still? Or just mix in the ratio 93 to e85?If you have a gas station with E 85 with consistent quality close to you it’s no hassle at all. My station was always spot on E85 so I stopped testing, I would say test every two weeks for two months and if it’s consistently 85 he probably don’t have to worry about it. It doesn’t have to be an exact E 50 blend anywhere between E 40 and a 50 you would be just fine that’s when I just started putting 50, 5093 octane and E 85.So with "consistent quality" do you always test still?
