Post a picture. My guess is you have bent (yes I know it is plastic) one of the clips.Help! I just did the same stage 2 install as you. I have everything in and for the life of me I can't get the passenger side headlamp trim cover to go back in. it has one clip at 45 degrees and rest are straight. from the factory they are all like that. and then the driver side doesn't have that, all straight. I've watched a few videos and Cobb website instructions say you don't have to remove the headlight trim piece fully to get the grill out and back in, so that's what I did. but wondering how to get it back in at the right angle to not break the one clip. any help would be appreciated. I've called Cobb, and other installers, no one really has anything to say. my next stop is to pop into my local body shop to see if they have any tricks or if im doing the order of assembly wrong etc.
