I still cannot believe the weight difference.
Of course would love lighter tires, but...
such a difference it scares me.
AND... lately seeing these GYs the cheapest selection at quite a few places.
Had to scrimp somewhere to get so light and so inexpensive.

If it seems too good to be true...
They are great tires. I ran a set on my '18, just put a set on my son's '10. Slightly narrower but handle the rain much better. IMO

I will use GY MT on my regular wheels for daily driving (price and weight) and BFG KO2 CS on my beadlocks.

BFG KO2 CS 62# 10.5-12.5" 15/32
BFG KO2 CT 62# 10.5-12.5" 15/32 maybe a hair narrower and shorter than BFG KO2 CS.
GY MT CS 52# 9.00-11.0" 15/32
BFG KM3 EQ 74# 10.25-13.25" 18/32

LT35x12.50R17:
GY Boulder EQ 69# 10.5-12.25" 20/32
BFG KO2 ER 65# 10.0-12.0" 14/32
BFG KM3 EQ 73# 9.75-12.75" 18/32

That is a noticeable difference.

So..... 11,256 miles later I've gone through 3 of these tires. I really wanted to love them but I had to replace the entire set. I just lost all faith in the tires. 2 had worn down to 2/32nd and one busted at the sidewall I rotate my tires every 4k miles.....

Now I drive my truck pretty aggressive on the street and offload about 2 times a month but that's crazy imo for tires to go out at that mileage.

I switched to a local brand for weight and cost savings in a 35x12.5

Gladiator XComp AT installed in Tucson for $889 and come with a 50k warranty as well as 3MPS rated.

If these go the distance (meaning atleast 30k miles with my driving style) I will switch to their XT which is a hybrid AT/MT and prolly go 37's. This will line up with my timeline for doing the rebuild on the engine and big turbo swap to ensure that extra 10 lbs at each corner isn't felt lol. I will be keeping this truck for life and instead of dumping another 100k into a sports car I'll just turn this into a monster and be happy with my bolt on explorer ST for a daily.

That is exceptionally low miles, 20K with your use case would make more sense. One mod that dramatically lowered my tire mileage was having a tune. Getting over 22-25K with a tune and KO2s wasn't really possible.
