I got it, thanks guys!

It did make quite a mess on the skid plate from the oil filter ... I unscrewed it too fast.

Learned my lesson LOL ---

next time try draining the oil pan first then the filter, ive found it easier and less messy for when you end up doing the filter. wont matter how fast you unscrew it, it will drain nice and easy and not messy..

everyone has their preference but just thought i'd give a little of my knowledge...
