I wonder if they'll consider that a secured mount though.

(a) The warning flag shall be mounted on a staff that is securely bolted, welded, or secured to the vehicle. The warning flag shall maintain a minimum 10-foot height at standstill and a minimum 8-foot height under motion.

They are very secure. Ran one at little Sahara with 2 flags on it. Never had an issue all weekend.

I'm sure that dbl suction cup mount is more than sturdy, but id pass on buying it just for silver lake on the chance the guy working the gate is a db.
