That is a great point, fit is a key factor to it being comfortable for long periods. Also I like ones that have the ability to insert noise muffs to cut down on the loudness when running it wide open.

Wearing a helmet for a long period can make your neck tired and also proper airflow to keep you from sweating up a storm.

As one who has bought helmets online, the way that they fit can vary greatly. Some have more of a round shape, some have more of an oval shape. Remember, this can be something that you will be wearing for a while, so comfort is important. The only way to judge comfort is to wear it for a while. Make sure the place you order from has a good return policy - don't let the hassle of a return make you settle for a helmet that doesn't fir right.

Good points!

Most better online helmet orders will provde for a conversion chart for sizing. Just measure your heads usually and then chart it to size category. You certainly don't want a XXL helmet for a S head or visa versa...

Any idea what the cutoff number will be on trucks? Im guessing registration will filling pretty quickly and won't have an idea of whether or not I'll be able to attend for at least a few weeks.
