@RaptorScrew jest let them know fix it or Krystal will get involved, every time you here it the vacuum is bad and becose you herd it the IWE is bad. do it all! make sure they have the parts or are getting them now! now! lol good luck

Ford just called. The seat heater melted through the retainer to hold the cover on. They ordered new cover but don't know when they can get one they said they E-Critical ordered it for overnight but don't know when they'll have it.

They said the 4wd and vacuum are working fine and could not duplicate the issue. They think it may have been a piece of ice? Really! Ice!

I find it funny that when I described the issue he chuckled knowing what it was. Now they don't have any issues.

I'm goi g in in about two hours to try to duplicate the problem for them. We'll see what I can do.

I'm guessing I'll try to find unplowed area put in 4-high and go hard left and see if that will trigger it.
Is this a fixable issue if we're on trail and it acts up?

Yeah, just buy a spare IWE. NAPA, Tasca, etc. Around $100. And a lot of beer for the guys helping......
