@RaptorScrew I carry 2 spare IWEs all the time and I am sure someone in your run group will have one. The best pace to change one is at the hotel so if you know which side it was maybe some guys will pitch in for some beer and do it before you get in the woods. Better safe then sorry. There should be no shortage of IWEs around.

Dammit i was gonna say Jimbo was right then I checked and its pronunciation not spelling, guess you do learn something new every day!
