Update. I went ahead and tapped into the blue and white wire. I have the ambers working fun off the six switch 4. I have not been able to get the clear Baja light to come on. They only thing that I left unplug was the existing harness to OEM third brake light. I was assuming I did not need that due to tapping the white GJ wire into the (blue and white) wire as written in the instructions.

I cannot find where I connect the Grey piece from the GJ harness. It is in the first picture.

the second picture is of what I unplugged from the OEM brake light. It has three pins and I was thinking that just stays unconnected.

so the two pictures are the only two that I cannot find anything to connect them.

Did you ever find out where the grey connection go? I’m in the process of installing and that’s where I’m stuck

Hey guys... I just went through this process and didn’t find any videos online on how to do it. So figured I’d make one, hopefully it helps someone

Great YouTube Video you shared for Gen1
Thankyou!

Installed mine last night. Parking/brake LEDs work, reverse light works.

But, spot lights wont work on Aux switch nor does center white spot when doors are open.

Did you guys ground behind the pass kick panel? Cuz instructions say on back of cab wall, but you'd have to remove ground wire from loom bundle to do that.
Also tapped into BCM for 12V
I have Aux 1-3 wired to other lights and I've never had an issue.
I have the Y Splitter for the 2 outer spot lights.

What am i missing? Bad ground? Back splice in on 12V?

Yes you need to make sure you ground it otherwise your lights won't turn on.

Make sure you used a good ground. I ground mind behind the rear seat. There are lots of spots you can use. Sounds like you don't have a ground.

Grounded mine behind the kick panel on a 10mm bolt, like in the 1st Gen video that guy posted on YouTube. Ill try regrounding it elsewhere tonight.
