Dealer forgot oil cap during Oil Chane service

Something similar happened to a work truck within the company 2 weeks ago and the oil got on the manifold and the truck caught on fire. Luckily it was
Put out and the national chain ( which i will not name) had to replace a long block on a Mercedes sprinter. The shop owner immediately took fault and rented a loaner for us.

It's nice to hear about people stepping up and taking responsibility for their mistakes, kudos to the shop owner
