I have never received an OTA update as far as I can tell--I certainly havent gotten the new sync. What gives? I've checked for updates and it says it is up to date (not true lol)

The updates aren't pushed out to everyone all at once, it's staggered. If Ford hasn't released the update(s) for your VIN, checking for updates will not return anything. While I've heard some owners have contacted corporate and had an update released, I'm not too sure of the accuracy of those reports. Dealers seem reluctant to upload the updates as well, and I don't necessarily blame them as I'm not entirely sure they are being compensated for their time since Ford will push them out OTA.

It really boils down to a waiting game from what I understand.

yeah well i think im screwed given that i have a 21 that i picked up last january and its never updated. never got the bluecruise refund either

My last OTA update was from October of last year. Mine is a 21' I picked up in early September of 2021.

Sorry to get the main topic of this thread off track a bit. Wasn't my intention.

Picked up my girl, a '21, last March and my first OTAU happened last week.

First post. Just came here to say that I had no idea what I was doing with Forscan and was nervous. This is my first Ford. Followed the guidance here and was able to do several things. Of those, the absolute most valuable change I made was glare free lighting. What a game changer. I drive about 4 hours a week on dark, two lane mountain roads and this is incredible. Thanks to everybody who posted up about this. Absolutely ingenious.

I just picked mine up today! '22 ABM w/ 801a ...and a few features I didn't want: Moonroof, Beadlock Wheels, and Graphics package. Super happy to have found a new '22 as it has a Heated Steering Wheel, Torsen, and Stop-Start delete, as well as not having to fork out crazy ADMs for MY'23s...

I talked to customer service and I received my blue cruise refund yesterday. PM me if you want the PO box you have to send your info to in order to get it.

ive talked with customer service, sent my info in, was told i was ineligible (BS), so i provided more documentation to prove i was the original owner then never heard back again

That's crazy, I just sent in my original sales agreement from the dealership to a specific PO box they gave me and my refund showed up about 2 weeks later. Hope you get it worked out.

i've long since realized that i will not be receiving that check
