^^^^^^^^^^^Updated the link above to the more accurate instructions.^^^^^^^^^

Has anyone else tried this for the high beams? I went through it this afternoon and it seems to be functioning tonight as I drive. I definitely changes the way the high beams behave, they don't come on or go off abruptly, and the dash indicators changed. But I can't quite tell if it is dimming on one side as I pass cars on the road. They don't seem to be flashing highs at me, though.

@GoldBeach I havent. Do you get the pop up warning every start? That made me not want to really mess with it yet.

I just got the warning sorted out from the help I got in that thread I posted above. There was a second thread link from that one and then some fine tuning for the Raptor. They took care of me and it no longer pops up on start. Try it out.

Edit: use the codes from the linked thread that Iceman references except for the 734-01-04 xx56 D1 that ROBB1 mentions for use with the scaled trucks and our Raptors.

I just applied the Glare Free lighting along with some other codes, will report back. No "Check Headlight" message following the instructions above. I'm excited to try it, I drive alot on back roads in the dark traveling to and from work.

Update: Glare Free lighting is super neat, I certainly recommend! More light down the road means a safer drive. Following behind a car down a dark road it is easy to see the right and left sides of the road are still very illuminated while the car is notched out.

Lights are working but I am getting warning, so just get this right. Should I just use only 734-01-04 xx56 D1 for HCM? or all 3 codes (734-01-01, 734-01-03 & 734-01-04)?

@Antho thanks for going through and testing codes to see what works for the Gen3! I’m picking mine up next Saturday and saved a lot of this info. I was going to do the same thing as I figured that the gen3 will have some settings different than the regular f150s.

Do we know if the gen3 can do the auto fold mirrors when locked? I think it’s called Lincoln style or that might be one of the options for it.
Yep, just did it on mine in the settings last week after I picked it up

Yeah, all 3 changes are needed. 01-01 and 01-02 are across the board changed, and 01-04 is vehicle specific.

HCM
734-01-01 xxxx xx01
734-01-02 x3xx xxxx
734-01-04 xx56 D1 <<<Raptors

Might take a few key cycles if you have everything right and still doing it.

Which item is the brightness setting? maybe I'm missing that one.
See post #9; it’s the “full brightness setting”. Some members reported the Amber DRLs were flickering so they reverted back to original setting.

Stan, the DRL flicker all the time. Normally faster than the human eye would notice. My guess is, turning on those extra lights slowed it down enough to see..
