I've made a couple small changes thanks to all the information in this thread.

I also enabled Glare Free Lighting, but since it stays light so late I haven't been able to use it much but can confirm it is working for me. One other change I've made that I haven't seen mentioned here yet, even though it's on the spreadsheet, is Global Windows. I can confirm it does work for my Gen3.

1. Quiet time mode in the apim
2. DRL INCLUDE FOGS
3. FOGS STAY ON WITH HIGH BEAMS
4. DRL INCLUDES PARK LAMPS
5. DOUBLE HONK DISABLE
6. Keyfob Tailgate Release - disabled
7. Lane Change blinker to 5
8. Disables door ajar chime
9. Global Windows down/up

Does global windows allow you to roll them up/down from the key fob or is that something different?

What is the point of disabling the tailgate release from the key fob? So you don’t accidentally lower it?

Asked this before but didn’t get a reply. Does anyone know if you can increase the idle in Baja mode so it idles loud? If you barely press the accelerator you can hear the valve open up. Would be cool to have that idle.

Either idle needs to be increased or valve needs to be open at idle I think.

Correct,you get the ability to roll the windows up and down from the key fob. In my case, given the recent rash of 90+ degrees days, it's nice to open the windows from my office a few minutes before leaving for the day. It helps me avoid that big blast of heat when I open the door.

I’m still have trouble with the auto start stop on forscan. I cannot get it to work for some reason.
I’ve tried the different options with no luck. Has anyone else had any issues? I’ve done a lot of other changes with zero issue. But auto start just does not react to the changes. It works flawlessly as Ford intended.

There is something different on the strategy of our Raptors. I havent been able to get it to work either with the PSCM code.
