I'm not sold on the light bar just yet. The headlights and two fog lights are bright as hell and cast a pretty wide net. Does a light bar offer something better than the stock lighting?
When I’m out in the middle of the desert and it’s pitch black, there’s no way I’m relying on those weak *** fogs

Not sure why the Raptor isn't 500hp stock... that's a good number for a performance vehicle.

Frankly I think +700hp in a truck is dumb... lol
Just like in a Jeep Wrangler... lol

Cool idea, but I don't see the practicality or use of that power. It's not like it's a hauler... lol

In an SUV, as long as it can handle (suspension) should be fun.
Yeah, 700hp is lame…

I currently drive a 2018 Raptor. When I started thinking about a new vehicle, I did consider a Tesla Model S, but it's getting a little old.

Next on the list is a Porsche Cayman. That was really trending to be my next vehicle, until I got this guy:

There was no way he was going to fit in a 2 seater. I'm 6' 4", he can put his paws just below my shoulders. He's right at 80 pounds at 13 months old.

So, I decided to stick with an upgraded vehicle that I love. I just hope that some day, I will take delivery.

The troll is still chumming the waters...

Really!!?? I test drove one and was disappointed by the power.... I was expecting more. Although it's the first full size truck I've driven.

Yes definitely feels more powerful than my 2016 Rubicon JKU with 4.10s.

But I expected more...

I ordered a 2022... not knowing when I'll actually get it, I already have a list of mods to do.
Larger Intercooler
Larger Intake Filter
Downpipes
Tune

Hoping to increase the HP and TQ to at least 500hp / 550-575tq.

I just think 450hp is meh... especially for such a big heavy truck.

Disclaimer, I daily drive a 750hp Mustang... lol

In comparison, I test drove a 2021 Explorer ST after the 2020 Raptor and that Explorer ST blew my mind how fast it was. I loved its power delivery. Definitely was not expecting that level of performance... The wife is getting the ST!! Need that vehicle in the stable. Lol
If you daily drive. 700hp mustang, doesn’t that satisfy your need for speed? 2 high hp vehicles and you double your chances of either killing yourself and someone else or losing your license. My M5 was fast, at least to me. My 911 was fast also. When I’m in the truck, it’s fast enough.

All my vehicles need to have a certain level of performance... it's my addiction. Lol

My first bike was a Ducati.... because it performs unlike any other bike. Does one need 165hp and 12k rpm in a muscle cruiser...? No, but it's fun as hell to pull away from sports bikes. Lol

Frankly, I don't drive my Mustang to its full capability... I'm usually driving within 1500-4000 rpm (grandma). Occasionally if the conditions are safe, I'll pull one of the low gears to 7500 rpm just to remind me how crazy this car is....to me.

There are others out there driving 800, 900, and 1200 hp cars... so my car is not all that.

After driving and riding vehicles of a certain performance / power level, you alter your expectation of performance... you become biased.

All my cars since my very first in high school has increased in power...I refuse to go back down the HP ladder. Lol

Obviously, the only exception is my Jeep Wrangler. Lol
Although I have thought to install a blower on it. Lol

Even on the backroads out where I live I wouldn't rely on them. Too many deer and other animals running around. The fogs will be the first to go.

Yeah I’ll probably go Baja designs for the fogs. My first goal will be to add more light, then focus on better light

I have a shopping cart of Rigid's in mind that I'd like to get. All said and done would include 4 fogs, lower front grill light bar and some ditch lights. All in varying patterns between scene and hyper spot. Who wouldn't want an extra 23,000 lumen lol
