Hey Truckzor,

We get it!
Your Gen1 one rocks and the Gen2 turbo sucks.

You win!!!

Now get the f**k out of our forum and go back to the old Gen1 forum.

When the Gen3 turbo comes out, you can then come back and trash that one too.

I'm not trash talking anything, friend. Just stating facts.

Glad to see you finally acknowledged the V6TT's superior performance.

Under those class rules, yes.

Fruckzor,
It’s clear you don’t see how weak you look posting on a board for something you don’t own. Do you post on Dodge Forums or smartphone forums or any other forums for which you don’t own the product, just to throw shade. Man you look stupid. Find some self respect.

You going to be on Gen 3 and Gen 4 boards running your mouth about an old truck people have moved on from? At some point you will realize your truck is too old to sound tough about and move on, too bad that won’t be any time soon.

So weak you felt the need to respond, though.

And I happen to love old trucks. Currently kicking around the idea of picking up a '78 Bronco.

You guys really need to quit being so insecure. Every truck has its compromises. Yours was low end torque.

The funny sounding 3.5L V6TT lapped the best performing 5.5L V8 Vette four times and had a 34 mile lead by the end of the race. They didn't even finish in the same zip code. Ouch.

It seems like "low-end torque" doesn't amount to much in the real world.

A race series with artificial constraints on engine size... the "real world" :ROFLJest:

You jennies never cease to amaze me.

Hey dipstick, here's what happens in the actual real world, without politically skewed engine displacement restrictions...

A lowly front engine Corvette takes down Ford's half a million dollar mid-engine supercar.

By "artificial constraints on engine size", do you mean the engine sizes Ford and Chevy sell every day at their dealerships? Not sure that qualifies as "artificial", but hey, whatever floats your boat.

Follow up question, are "artificial constraints on engine size" also why the G1 has such a hard time keeping up with the G2? Maybe 6.2L just isn't big enough to compete with a 3.5L V8TT.

Freudian slip?

Oh come on man. You can't seriously think things wouldn't be different if Chevy dropped a 7.0 in their race cars? And are they allowed to do that under the class rules? Do you get it now?

You guys are so out of touch with reality.

Bro, you don't drive a Ford GT and you don't live on a race track in France.

You drive a pick up truck. In America.

First: Just because the engine in your Raptor is a 3.5TT does not mean it is the same as the one in the Ford GT.

Second: Horsepower and Torque aren't all there is in a successful racecar. But you knew that. Downforce generated by the aerodynamic bits plays a huge part. So does suspension, tires, driver, tuning, etc...

Third: Your oversimplification to prove a point does nothing more than compare apples to spaceships.

Fourth: It didn't work.
