I'm going to assume Ford spent so much time on the design work and suspension work that they forgot about the wheels until the very end. And they asked the new guy in the office to come up with a quick design, not realizing he was the new janitor, not a designer.

Hence, these wheels.

Picked my gen 2 up today from Joe Rupp at Zook Motors in kane pa. Was a smooth 4hr ride home. Loving the new truck already... and the boy approves....

Nice!!! So you got yours way ahead of schedule also! They just sent me an e-mail that my truck has a vin and a build date assigned. I didn't think they were getting another allocation until January. I was under the impression I wouldn't see mine until spring. I'm less than 90 days out now!

Yeah man way ahead of schedule haha was about 3 weeks took delivery after the build date so you should be seeing it soon! Post up some pics when you get it !

Had I known I was getting it this quickly I wouldn't have bought a Ford RS 7 weeks ago. Oh well ... hahaha
Funny because the truck I ordered on 7/11 from another dealer hasn't even been built yet. I honestly think they took deposits without any allocation. I wish I just would have not even bothered trying to order from another dealer to get it quicker.
