Hey guys, I'm looking to try out the 1.7" height springs Eibach released specifically for 2019s with the live shocks versus 2.5" for 2018 and before. Still just kind of experimenting with what will work best on the 19s.

As I said before re: Icons, I most likely just got a bad set of leaf springs. But their customer service model is horrible compared with Deaver. My outfitter is replacing the leafs and we decided to go with Deaver because of the much better support Deaver has provided them in the past.
Ok that makes more sense

I was informed deavers and icons are also made in the same warehouse. Apparently icons are better suited for colder climates (as OP stated) because they don’t rust nearly as fast as deavers. If you live in the south (yeeyee!) you pry don’t have anything to worry about with either choice.

Edit: Several vendors have told me this via PM so that’s where I got the information.

Also just wanted to repeat previous posters and thank everyone who explains things kindergarten style for meatheads like me, provides real world feedback, etc. After I blocked a bunch of noise generators this forum is awesome and a great learning resource.

This is the only pic I took of them finished. I also had them tip over on my toe, I wear steel toe boots all day at work then to dumb stuff at home.

Oh my god..... call me a p*ssy all you want but the toes or fingers make my ass cringe. Sorry man! Leafs look good though.

@FLZ34 for me they are a little stiffer. I run Nitto RidgeGrappler 37x12.5x20 so there is still plenty of sidewall, but the tire is going to ride different than a stock C rated BFG. The Nitto's by design are a little more grippy I guess you could say, so e.g. I notice sometimes on uneven highway that I get a little lateral play that I feel in the steering wheel. Overall I like them though but I don't offroad except when hitting more rundown Dunkin Donut's drive throughs. So I run the 37s pretty much purely for aesthetics and to provide some ammunition for the guys on the forum that hate on people who don't offroad ha!

On another note to anyone interested, I'm switching out my Geisers for the Eibachs I mentioned a couple posts back. They have <2k miles on them and I can sell them if anyone is looking, otherwise it's off to ebay for them.

Thanks for the feedback FerdFteen. I too use my current Raptor and will use my new Raptor as DD and will be on road 99% of time, the little off road time is on construction sites, dirt roads and other limited options here in FL so my decision to go with 37s is mostly for looks and to increase ride height through standing water as we get a lot of flooding where I live with standing water up to 30-40" for short periods of time. I will likely stick to KO2s which seem to have smoothest on road performance from what I have read so far. Thanks.

Work is going to be complete this week.

I'll be selling the Geiser springs - they have about 2000 miles on them and I can ship for an additional cost if you aren't in central TX. PM me if interested. Thanks!

So without having to scroll and read everything why are you selling the geisers? I'm about to install a pair, I too I'm going to run a 37-inch setup therefore I could not use the eibach as it was not enough lift, I'm going with the icon rear Leafs and I will use option 2
