I passed on the Gieser springs for this reason and went to aftermarket Fox so I could run 37's. Little spendy for sure but after recovering I am glad I went this route

I have Geisers, Deavers +3s and RPG bump stops with Toyo 37s. I have no clunking or bro-dozer sounds coming from my front or rear over bumps or any other time.

I would take it back to the place you had them installed and ask them to diagnose the sound. If they say it is normal, ask them what is causing it so you can decide for yourself if it is normal.

As others have said, mine were done by a reputable shop who has installed them dozens of times without clunking issues.

i wouldnt say its a clunk for me i was trying to say the same thing about my speed bump experience from stock to geisers, it slams the wheels down at much greater force when going through them at faster speeds it makes a thud maybe others call it a clunk, but it does not sound like something is loose, the tires are forced to slam down againts the pavement because of the more preloaded /stiffer spring. kinda annoying but i can live with it, i was curious if people that went with adjustable fox coilovers and cranked their height to give the same lift if it still does the same thing or not. would be pissed spending so much money to have similar results lol. unless fox has longer coilover shocks for the raptor to not have to crank up the spring preload to get the desired lift than that would be cool, i havent looked into that.

I'd be interested in that info also

Interesting insight on cause. It doesn’t sound like anything is loose but it is a deep thunk sound. After driving for it awhile and doing some off-roading, I feel like it is simply the difference of a more forceful rebound of Geisers compared to stock. I do love the new set up off-roading though!!

I had the same thing happen when I replaced the springs on a Polaris RZR.

I would still check to see if lower shock bolt is torqued to 406lbs. I installed Geisers and went to the local Ford house for an alignment and asked them to torque lower shock bolts. After a few minutes they told me they didn’t have a torque wrench that went that high but they checked and bolts are tight. I was able to borrow a tw from mechanic at work and torque them properly.

I second this. That’s what fixed the clunking on mine.
