Garage door

Hey guys- wondering if anyone else had this issue...tried programming my garage door and both times...it only closes the garage but doesnt open. Has anyone had this happen and if so...what did you do to solve the problem?

Nope, I haven’t. Clear it & start from scratch. Program remote to homelink first then homelink to garage door.

i'll try that...i cleared it twice and redid it...but i didn't do what you suggested.

Mentioned you attempted to program the remote to Homelink, then Homelink to the door. Have you tried mating Homelink directly to the door?

Reach behind the door opener to activate “learn” or “program” button. Go to the truck and follow the in-cab procedures. As mentioned in a previous post, “Park in the driveway…”

What year is your truck? I know some of them were defective. I have a friend with a 2017 F250 that had to be replaced.
