Sure is. Ford doesn't make them any longer so it fix it or buy one from an online site. Try fixing it first. Soldering wires is easy enough other than the crappy location.

Any luck?
Have you tried bypassing the FPDM? This will remove the FPDM and the fuel shut off in the BCM and power the pump on full time
Get 2 pieces of wire and stick it in the FPDM plug i think its pins 1&5 and 4&8?

Should look like this.

Got the harness fixed best I could due to the location and still no go. Think the harness in question is more for the O2 sensors and trans
starter. No so much the fuel pump. Key on, I've only got power to pin 1 and everything else is dead. Very frustrated and may bite the bullet and tow it to Ford.

That..... that doesn't look great
That's just the wire fix and not the final fix. I added some liquid tape on top of the shrink tubing so it is a little Fugly, but should be fine. Pus I intend to wrap with heat proof tape and a layer of header wrap. Then secure it all with aluminum zip ties,

So if I were to do this and the fuel pump kicks on, then the new FPDM is bad??
