Thanks Rick. That would be great.
If it's simply drilling the hole larger, I'll probably take it.

Joe, here is his response:

Todd Gruner <[email protected]>

It should be the same size hole but HF has been changing there jacks recently and I haven't confirmed if the new model # 3 ton jack would work with your spacer (it used to).

Todd,
Hope have a quick question, if I want to move this over to a Harbor Freight 3 ton aluminum, do I just need to drill out the hole bigger?
Thanks, Rick

Well heck, I got a drill!
@RDFTS,
thanks for looking into it. Looks like it's an easy mod to make it fit.

What caused the damage?

Don't recall when it actually happened but imagine it happened when I was jacking up my truck in the dark and I just wanted to get the tire changed on the trail and didn't pay close attention to placement at the time.

@Yukon Joe, did you end up buying this? I'd like to be next in line if it's still available.

Joe has not sent me any money but then again I haven't provided him any pictures to his last question yet. Got home real late yesterday (14hr day) and been working all day today. Finishing up the day and when I get home, I will put it on both my jacks and post some pics.

Copy....

One more question.
Can you slide your jack under the front cross member with the extension?

PayPal gift work for payment?

Here are your pics. I just put the extension on top of the pad, you will be removing the pad and the extension replaces it. I knew it would as I've used it before but that was with my 2 ton.

Then I put a piece of wood on top and it still clears

Pic of the jack I used, wheels still attached

And here is the last email from Todd but I just took a pic of the bottom. You won't be drilling out that much so not sure what he is taking about.

You could drill it out bigger but I wouldn't recommend it. If the hole got any bigger then there wouldn't be a lot of meat left on the spacer for the bolt to engage.

But if not, just need to drill it out if needed to be bigger? I haven't gotten the jack yet so can't visually see them together yet.

This still up for sale?

Yes.

No one has sent me a serious PM, just a bunch of questions. This is designed from C4 to work with the Harbor Freight 2 ton Aluminum jack. I take no responsibility if someone has to modify it to work on a different jack.

Money talks and yes, I take paypal.
