Causes for stuck bolts:
Corrosion; Galling; Cross threading; Incorrect threat locker; Excessive torque... and Improperly tapped threads.
On a new truck I would assume the last one.
Get a quality impact driver (not from harbor freight) Snap-On makes a great on.

Note:A impact driver is a tool you hit with a hammer; it impacts as it turns.

I been using this tool for nearly 40 years, still works perfectly.

Use heat, make sure you heat all around the the head until red tap with a hammer, should do the trick now I use a Graphite product called Never Seez I put it on everything i take out then Torque. The torque on the Raptor front differential cover is 24 FT/LBS rear is 33 FT/LBS

Are you sure about those torque specs. I have seen 16 ft lbs for rear never seen 33ft pounds. Where did you get those figures?

so did you free the bolt yet?

With my IRw7150 it was a joke. First pull on the impact wrench and not even any resistance. Zip zap and done. I hope I torqued right at 16 ft lbs.

I use the ir battery impact at work....in a steel mill on structural bolts...and 700ton crane runway rails...and rail splice bars...rolling mills...etc etc. It has performed flawlessly and is amazingly durable.

I agree, this thing is amazing. Like having an air wrench without the hose and compressor. If your even thinking about an air wrench consider this tool. Same power torque specs as IR's best air wrench. Batteries charge in about twenty minutes and run and run.

The aftermarket diff cover options have different torque specs for the different hardware also. Refer to the install instructions for each one. I think the AFE was 22-25 ft lbs but the mag tech was 16? The stock was definitely much tighter coming off.
